Our granulation division produces approx. 20,000 tonnes of rubber powder and granules annually. Currently more that 1.6 million square meters of our products PROTECTMAT (construction), ACOUSTICMAT (sound / noise), SPORTMAT (sports and equestrian) and TRANSMAT (transport) are sold as web/ baled material, mats or shaped pieces worldwide.

Outdoor facility with PVP moulded products inaugurated!

Children and pre-school teachers are excited! "It is a fantastic walking experience, playing ball games is possbile and now on hot summer days the paddling pools will be arranged on this area." PVP safety mats are water-permeable and moreover quick-drying.

The new outdoor facility of the kindergarten "Freundschaft" was inaugurated with a varied program on 25th August 2011. PVP Triptis GmbH was one of the congratulators, as the full playing area was installed with the PVP safety mats. Previously, this area around the jungle gym was filled in with sand. As part of the redesign program a new surface solution had to be found as the sand requires replacement every 2 years. The decision was made to use PVP safety mats. In order that the children do not have to completely do without their beloved sand, a sandy landscape was installed using the PVP rubber-border-system.

The design of a new playing area with safety protection properties is an absolute success!
