I started as a floater and moved to the maintenance department a year later. With the support of PVP, I was able to complete my Industrial Foreman qualification shortly afterwards. What I enjoy most about my job is the variety – I’m constantly facing new challenges, continuously learning, and working closely with all departments across the company.

I really enjoy working here, especially because of the great team spirit. In my role as shift supervisor, I’m given a lot of trust, and management is always willing to listen to our concerns.

My main responsibilities involve warehouse logistics, particularly loading and unloading trucks and managing inventory. When needed, I also assist other departments, such as by covering for colleagues who are on sick leave or vacation. I particularly appreciate the good working relationships with my colleagues, the flexibility I have in organizing my work in the warehouse, and the company’s commitment to both economic efficiency and environmental responsibility.

I work as a floater for yard operations and granulation, as well as providing cover for vacations and sick leave, which makes me highly versatile. The work is varied and enjoyable because I can rely on my colleagues, we have a good team dynamic, and I appreciate the daily challenges.

I work as a machine and equipment operator on our peeling machine 2, and I really enjoy it here because my work makes a difference and I’m recognized for my efforts. I have a good, often even friendly relationship with many of my colleagues. I particularly appreciate the clear, transparent communication and the respectful way management treats us employees.
